Think that sounds interesting? Those of you in the Midwest who can't make it out to the Left Coast should check out Cornerstone, which, from what I've heard, is akin to Woodstock (aside from the fact that Cornerstone is a Christian festival). The following artists, among many others, are schedules to appear:
Ace Troubleshooter Agony Scene Anberlin As I Lay Dying Beloved Bleach Blindside Cool Hand Luke Copeland Demon Hunter Denison Witmer Disciple DJ Scott Blackwell East West Emery Ester Drang Falling Up Glenn Kaiser Band Grits Kutless Lights for Nero Lost Dogs Mars Ill Mewithoutyou Miranda Stone MXPX Narnia Nodes of Ranvier Over the Rhine P.O.D. Pedro The Lion Pillar Project 86 Psalters Reels of White Softly Flow Regal Line Relient K Sandy Weltman & the Klezmer Nuthouse Seeds Seventh Star Side Walk Slam Sinai Beach Skillet Squad Five-O Stretch Arm Strong Switchfoot Nice list, eh? Lots of lesser-known, excellent bands, and a few bigtime artists. I've not gone in the past, due to the timing of the festival and other conflicts, but I'm hoping to this year. July 1-4 in Bushnell, IL, y'all should check it out! Here's the link: http://www.cornerstonefestival.com/index.cfm

That sounds pretty cool, too! I've seen some of those bands live before and it was really sweet.
