Eternity

This is a new style of writing for me. I hope you like it though

Eternity

Is this where it ends
Alone here with out any friends?
Is this where is began
Here in this forgotten land?
I cant remember who I am or where I came from
I could go to the hill top and cry out my broken anthem
But what would that do?
Im still alone here without you

I could sing the greatest song you would ever hear,but I'd still be alone
I could write the greatest lyrics in history,but that still wouldnt get me Home

Im not sure just why Im really here
But every now and then I can hear someone whisper into my ear
Im not sure just what life is all about
But I can feel an arm around me,and I know that without a doubt
Im lost and I dont know why
Why I cry, why I try, or even why I die
I live my life not knowing what to do
Not knowing Im supposed to be chasing after You

Dont be scared of what you do not know
Just do what I tell you and take things slow
You'll soon see that I have a plan for you
I will make your dead body alive and brand new

Instead I go on living this meaningless life
Seeing nothing that was planned for me,I chose to take the knife
To take the knife,to dig deep,to be blinded like little sheep
Among the wolves,for Im their prey,devour me while Im asleep
And leave my corpse for the fowl of the air
For I will be in their care
I am just a body,a souless shell
To be taken to my home,to my Hell
The ghost and demons afraid of the light
Will take my soul in the dead of night
They look so beautiful as they soar through the sky
They dance like angels that were denied
The hope,that they may one day live
They pour out my blood for its the only thing I have left to give
They drink of my flesh like the beast's they are
Pour me into cups to drink as if Im to be loved from a far
Make a toast to the formal me
For being so sweet and so tasty
It makes me sick to see them rip me apart
To take out my organs and then rip out my heart
I still wonder if I ever made it Home
I guess I died here so cold and so alone

I always kind of knew that I was going to Hell
I just didnt care to think much about it untill I ended up there
The flames,they carry me down
Hear pain and sorrow,you can feel it all around
Eternity means forever,there is no end to this
My cries cant end it neither can my shaking fist
A thousand years damned already feels like the end
But this is just the beginning says my fallen angel friend

Whoah, awesome. This one is even better then Crimson Fate! I like this new style and just hope the poem I just posted isn't too much like this b/c I wrote it before I even read this. AWESOME! And it's so true too if you avoid doing what you should be. Thanks for writing that!
