My Dark Masterpiece...

Love-Hate Tragedy

Love turned to hate,
What a bitter fate
I stare in the mirror
Facing all my fears
He does not love me, so he said,
Instead he just took me to bed
My love tastes bitter
Never thought I was a quitter
Bottle in hand
I know the plan
This deadly cocktail
Will not fail--
Demons in my head
Telling me I'm better off dead
This is the end
A message to him I send
Blood on the wall
I wrote about my fall
He is to blame
I will never be the same
Love at such a cost
Does he know what he lost?
My love is now hate
Death is my fate.

Never in my life
Did I think
This would be me
A non-entity
NO one listens
No one cares
The pain deepens
As the rejection cuts
Leaving me weeping
With nothing left
A shattered soul
A broken heart
My world has come apart.

Why do I feel like crying
I feel like my soul is dying
Things have got me down again
I think I need a friend
Just when I think I'm okay
I have a day
Like this one
Where it's hard to function
I try to pick myself up
Let go of all this stuff
It's got me so far down
I am on the ground
Won't someone help me
Can't they see
I need help deperately.

I don't really think anyone gets my poetry..which is okay...sometimes I don't really get it..I have just relieved to get it out, believe it or not I am not a dark scary person, I can be almost likable sometimes..:lol:

Sitting in the sun
not bothering no one
Listening to people as they pass by
Their chatter floats up to the sky
Rather depressed, down
Looking around
Trying to find that elusive peace
I'm tired of the demon's feast
They eat at my soul
It's as black as coal
So I sit here in the sun
It's actually fun--
The light penetrates me
Making me feel happy
The dark goes away--
Now I will be okay.

but I love her, well she doesnt know so thats just the problem. This may sound pretty pathetic but it took me 1 year and 2 months just to talk to her... :embarass: she knows I like her though...
