the world
this is a poem that a friend of mine wrote im supposed to get an opinion about it for her. i dont think it's that great but im trying my best to stick with it...

Hmmm, I don't think it's lame. It says a lot in a few words. I think the speaker is telling someone to get his head out of his a** and stop being so self-absorbed. Maybe imploring the person to give a little and live a little and do what he can to make the world a better place. I think the speaker is trying to tell this person that the world doesn't revolve around him.
Just my 2 cents .

I don't think it's lame either. Sometimes the shortest poems say the most. And sometimes the longest poems say nothing at all.

i didnt mean the poem was lame. i meant that she was. she entered that poem in a c0ntest and it wasn't hers. and she got money for it. i havent respected her since. the poems pretty good though. i just feel bad for amy, she deserved the credit.
