Online CD stores.
Anyone know any good online CD stores? I'm trying to find a particular CD (specifically, Modern Day Zero's "Coming Up for Air"), and I figured, since they're of local interest (they're a national band now), the music stores in St. Louis would have it. Right? Not! I've already looked on Amazon, CDNow, and CDUniverse. Any other suggestions?

CDbaby.com is really good, too. They send you dorky confirmation notes and stuff, but the prices are reasonable.
