I honestly don't get how Michael is considered the bad guy here. I've seen so many fans call Mark, Flip, and Brian some nasty names. If someone was speaking that way about my brother and his friends, I wouldn't be too happy either. It's like, some Alter Bridge fans are so angry at those guys for going back to their roots for the first time in 6 years... but they don't have a problem with the prospect of Myles Kennedy going to play dress-up and fill in for Robert Plant on the Led Zeppelin tour. Myles and the other guys have the right to undertake other projects.

I think it's unfortunate to debase ones self in an effort to defend against critics.
