you canīt make Creed your God... thatīs why you got so disapointed... but you also canīt deny that it was their music, and not Stapp, Mark, Brian, or Flip that helped you through the hard times...
you canīt set them as a model to follow, coz all mankind make mistakes...

It's your decision, we have beat this horse about the 12/29 show to it's death! All I have to say is it is your loss, really it is! Do you loose faith in things that easy? You will have a hard time in life if you do! Any ways Sorry to hear that! They will continue to rock us and gain more fans!

I admit that Creed's Music means alot to me...especially at this point in my life.....but there are definately better ways to get u through tough times....i find that things like Praying to God and writing lyrics can really help....i hope that helps....

I'm sorry you feel that way, High. Sometimes we do outgrow the music that has helped us get through hard times. I don't listen to a lot of the stuff I listened to when I was a teenager, but there is a good bit of it that stayed with me. I guess if the music has served its purpose, you can move on to something else.

hello "high"
I wanted to say hello to you, and to let you know something. I believe also that creeds music helps alot of people make it through "the day". And i also believe that your a very young lady and sometimes things seem a bit out of control and that little crutch you hold onto everyday is important. Remember the most important things that you hold dear also..i.e. your family, friends. boyfriend, and hopefully a few of us here... Hold your head up and press on. Creed had a bad night in chicago, thats all. nothing more. There was absolutely no malice intended that night...Just stupidity. Im sure to say it'll probably never happen again. And im sure if scott stapp read your post, He would tell you he was so sorry and its not going to happen...so press on my friend...Take care of yourself...ok

Don't give up on Creed, High. Unfortunately, we all make mistakes - humans are destined to do so. Although you may not have appreciated the 12/29 concert, it doesn't mean that you need to give up on Creed. If Creed, or Stapp, is having a "rough" time right now, in need of recuperation and rest, this is when you need to look deep down and realize that when you were going through rough times Creed's music was there for you; hence, try and be there for Creed.
I wasn't at that concert - but I have heard (or read) different versions of what went on; and I can only hope that those who were disappointed that night can realize that we all do disappointing things, yet we all still want/need to be loved! Try and find Creed's music in your soul again! Rock on!

Never look at the music makers as Idols, because they will let you down, they're only human and will make mistakes. Hold their music dear to your heart and always remember that their was only one person who was perfect, and still is today. Jesus Christ. Good Luck on your quest in life.

I hate to hear that, High. Why the sudden change of heart? Did something else happen? I know you have only posted a little bit, but i don't recall you only posting about Chicago (correct me if I am wrong). I hate to see you go and I hope things work out for you. Your life is going to totally change once you turn 18, there's a lot more responsibility and I think as an adult you will find there are harder things to focus on. I love Creed and their music and I think that I will always need them in some way, they get me through a lot.

Read this and all the other stuff about 12/29 ,Sharon and what came to my mind was as older song that goes some thing like this.
Somethin's at the edge of you mind, you don't know what it is somethin' you were hopin to find but you're not sure what it is then you hear the music and it all comes crystal clear the music does the talkin says the things you want to hear I'm young i'm wild and i'm free I got the magic power of music in me she climbes into bed pulls the covers overhead and turns her little radio on she's had a rotten day so she hopes the DJ's ganna play her favourite song it makes her feel much better brings her closer to her dreams a little magic power makes it better than it seems shes young now, shes wild now, she wants to be free she gets the magic power of the music from me if you're thinkin it over but you just can't sort it out do you want someone to tell you what they think it's all about are you the one and only who's sad and lonely reaching for the top well the music keeps you goin and it's never gonna stop the world is full of compromise and infinite red tape but the music's got the magic it's your one chance for escape so turn it on turn it up it's your tunr to dream a little magic power makes it better than it seems one of my favourite Triumph songs
