I guess for me it would have to be "What's This Life For" that first really caught my attention and drew me towards Creed! But they have SO many GREAT songs, it's just too dern hard to pick one! I absolutely love the lyrics in the song "Inside Us All" and "What If" just totally ROCKS musically and lyrically (is that a word?)!!! lol
BTW, Hi Everybody and Hello Jooji! How are ya? You are the same Jooji from the "other place," right? Surely, there can only be one Jooji! lol Anyway, it's nice to bump into ya over here, that is, if you are one in the same! ~Blondie~ |

I've been loving Faceless Man as well lately. The lyrics are so powerful, and, coupled with the musical shifts, it's like a little journey in and of itself.
"If the face inside can't see the light, I know I'll have to walk alone. And if I walk alone to the other side, I know I might not make it home" Great stuff!

I totally agree!!!! "Faceless Man" is an awesome tune!!! Probably one of their best lyrically (there's that word again, is that a word? lol) written songs to date!
As a matter of fact, I'm fixin' to go crank that one up now! A need for Creed this morning! Good morning to all! See ya! ~Blondie~ |

^^^I'm with you Blondie!! It's a Creed kinda nite.
I'm also with you, Higher Girl. ONE is by far my favorite, though I keep the lyrics to WATY in my filing cabinet.

wash away thoughs years hit me hard reminds me of my
childhood and all the hurt i went through till i got old enough to fight back. i wished i had a friend that was as compassionate as scott was to his friend in the song holding them and listening to her sorrow and pain and telling her everything will be allright to cry so the tears will wash away thoughs years. i love all of creeds music so its really hard to pick. i do like one,and illusion.

Wash Away Those Tears...but it didn't hit me until I've heard it like 10 or 12 times, and 4 or 5 months later!!! Kinda scary!!

I've been getting into Torn and Unforgiven more lately. I've always enjoyed them but it's interesting how some songs hit you differently sometimes.

Torn and Weathered have been getting to me lately. Wash Away Those years has always gotten to me. Steve calls it my song because it pin points a certain time in my life that I would like to forget!!!
