New news - update
Hi Everyone - I contacted Intrigue Music, who work closely with Scott.
The reply to my email is below:  Hey Adam, I just got back from hanging with Scott. As I am sure you are aware, 8/8 was a new acoustic version of Broken. We are working on a new album for next year At the moment, (and I hate to say it) but we are working on something for the end of September which I am not a liberty to publicly speak about. We are concentrating on providing video updates periodically so you can see Scott’s progress in rehearsal. Thanks for the update. I caught the video blog too. I hope it is a new song released in September. Though that's a bit early for a single. But Daughtry sings his new songs in concert before the release of the cd. One song Daughtry wrote with Adam Gontier from Three Days Grace is a case in point. Hope to hear more from Scott soon. It's nice to meet the new band.

I'm finally listening to Broken acoustic, and I have to say, it's not too bad, although I'm not sure why Stapp hyped it so much. As for September, that's when my birthday is, os I hope that he delivers a good birthday present.
