None of the smileys are workin for me today ! If I try to post any the screen just lowers and they won't post! (Gets ready to throw the puter out the window)

Nothing done on my end. The smilies window that pops up when you click "More" under the smilies uses Javascript so you need to have that enabled in order for them to be "clickable" and insert into your post.

Is there something I can click on in the user cp that can fix it Well thats wierd:confused If I type in the symbols for the smileys, they work that way:wtf Well some of them anyways!

It has nothing to do with your user cp. It's your web browser. If the popup window isn't working, you need to (a) make sure you don't have a popup blocker on and (b) make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser's settings.

I just did a system restore to restore everything back to the way it was on the 10th, its seems to have helpd so far
 I'm getting a buttload of popups now though
