Anyhoo, they're what you might describe as Christian hardcore. Their self-titled debut relied heavily on the screaming element of one of the vocalists. Their 2nd album, Summer of Darkness, I liked quite a bit more, perhaps in part because of the fact that the lead vocalist played a greater role. Or maybe I like the extreme difference between the two: the lyrical vocals and the "angry" scream. Then their 3rd album, The Triptych, I was a bit skeptical of at first before listening to it, given that it was a whole 18 months between releases. I, however, was proved quite wrong. I've listened to this album countless times on my mp3 player in the past couple of weeks while studying, researching, and writing papers. Normally, I don't like a whole lot of background noise while doing these things, but for whatever reason, I find them far more enjoyable than, say, Limp Bizkit or whomever.

Some tracks I really really like (to be honest, I've only rated 1 song w/ 3 stars in my media library... about 28 have 4 or 5 stars, and I haven't yet rated or fully listened to about 4 or 5 more tracks)
