Mark's guitar in MOP (acoustic)...
i know this is a more technical question, but i dont know where else to ask. i couldnt find an answer anywhere on creed.com..
does anybody know what kind of guitar mark plays on the acoustic version of MOP? also, what kind of strings he uses? the sound is just amazing--rich and full.. im a guitar player, and although its probably out of my price range i would still like to know... anybody?

itīs a K-12...
check the video on creed ink where Mark shows his guitars... hey, as you are a guitar player, Iīll ask you this: Whatīs this life for: its chorus is G / D / B / C but how do you strum this chords? G nd B: vvvv^v (v= from E to e) (^= from e to E) D and C: v^vv^v my guitar teacher said it was this way but it sounds weird and different

i just saw the video.. thanks!.. the video seemed really choppy though.. is it just the video or is it the internet connection?
anyway, just listen to the timing and you should be able to figure out the strumming in wtlf.. also, its easier to hear the pattern with the acoustic version.. but this is what i hear: G: vv^vv^ D: ^vv^(v^) B: vv^vv^ C: ^vv^(v^) the ones in () are for the transition from one chord to the next. let me know how it turns out..

WTLF chorus i play it this way
G: vv^vv^ D: vv(v^v^) B: vv^vv^ C: vv(v^v^) play it however way you want to stay in rhythm and about the video. it's a big file and if you're on 56K, then it'd be choppy cos it's slow and yes, mark uses D'Addario strings cheers |
