Your English seems just fine. I can't see Stapp with AIC. He doesn't have the range to pound out the higher stuff by Layne. DuVall is a better vocalist, imho.

yeah thats true.. dogstar...... aic is to dark for stapp anyway you know.... i am more pissed at the fact they still go on as alice in chains.. the day layne died alice died too.. wtf??? you cant ever replace a layne in my opinion...

No, he never can be replaced, but I'm with the camp that believes three out of the four members should get to play the music they helped create, especially Jerry. He wrote lyrics and music for many of the AIC songs. And William DuVall doesn't try to be Layne. He's got the pipes to sing that stuff, and he's done an excellent job. I saw them 11 times during the last tour and I loved every minute. I may be biased, given that I adore William's other band, Comes With The Fall, but still, if he didn't have the pipes to pull it off, I'd say so.

I would go again in a heartbeat. They are supposedly working on an album with William doing the vocals, so it could be quite interesting.
