Re: anyone else concerned about Stapp's vocals?
[quote=XALTERBRIDGEX]correction AB sold about 750,000 between 2 albums sold in the states, not sure about overseas. ya AB is not as successful but they dont have songs that play on pop stations like Creed.
Im not knocking them...I loved Alter Bridge..It just aggervates me that people have to play Myles vs Stapp...Stapp made some big mistakes...but in my opinion they are just a drop in the bucket compared to what other frontman in rock have done off and on stage..If you want to blame anyone try wind up for creating a fake persona of Goddy Too shoes for him to live up to... |

AB will get bigger mark my words. but I agree I'm sick of the Creed vs. AB crap, they're both amazing bands but totally different.

Re: anyone else concerned about Stapp's vocals?
I think Tremontiriffs77 is dead on, I got the feeling when I met Tremonti on an AB tour that although musically its exactly what he wants to do, there is just nothing like playing a stadium or an arenas to 10 thousand + people. Or being as famous as the guitar player in Creed. There is a reason that the tour is only 3 months long and the AB DVD is going to be on sale. Next plans are to record AB3 and tour next summer with AB. Lots for fans to take in from both bands over the next year.

I hate this whole Alter Bridge vs Creed thing. Is it impossible for some people to like two bands at the same time?
For anyone saying "Hahaha Stapp sucks! Come on Alter Bridge" BS, why don't you just listen to Alter Bridge? |
