I"m home from work, it's 2:40 a.m., so I can't blast the stereo in my lovely apt. complex, so I'm listening on the portable. Human Clay.

I gave my Creed mix to my friend's daughter. I had dinner at their place last night and got to talking about concerts. I told them I was seeing Creed and the 12 year old remarked, "Oh, I love Creed." So, I pulled the setlist mix out of my car stereo and gave it to her. Easy to burn another.
Now, U2 is in my car player. I made a wonderful mix of all their slow songs. Songs like... Bad With or Without You All I Want is You One Stay Kite October Heartland Running to Stand Still Mothers of the Disappeared Love Comes Tumbling Love Rescue Me Tomorrow So Cruel It's a really nice cd. It's kinda hard to listen all the way through. I mean, I love each and every song, but since they're so slow, I eventually need a pick-me-up. So, I forsee another change soon, something a little more on the headbangin' side.

Nice U2 mix, Altair, but I agree, it might be too slow, even for me. I love All I Want Is You. Such a beautiful tune.

That's a great tune. I also love Pride. When I listen to it, it goes full blast. Bloody Sunday also is a good one.
Tonight, though, I'm in an Alice In Chains mood. Have Dirt blasting in the portable.

Bono has great eyes, just like Scott does. I'm a sucker for beautiful eyes.

I totally love Nickelback. Chad Kroeger sings what he knows. His father left his mother when he was just little. His father was a loser! His mother raised he and his brother on her own. He has a tremendous respect for single mothers. I love Chad almost as much as SS. |

I like Nickelback, too. I have Silver Side Up and I love the song Never Again. Such an emotional tune. My fave Nickelback song is Leader of Men. I just love the harmonies in that one.
There's nothing in my CD player at this moment, but there will be shortly. I have much housework to do and need some good inspiring cleaning music.
