latest update from Michael
surprised no-one has copied and pasted this but here it is!

Just wanted to let you all know that the band has started to record again after taking a week off. The off week consisted of bringing all the recording equipment down to Orlando and setting it up. Right now Marshall is working on his bass tracks and is a little less than half done with all the songs. I have heard the final versions of the songs in contention for the first single and needless to say, they are awesome.

yep August can't come fast enough and not just for Alter Bridge. Hiroshima Day is my birthday so i'm expecting lots of presents coming by international mail. no nuclear weapons please!

okay back to the topic flips drums are done and the work for the 3 possible singles (i guess all of these songs will be singles) and brian is halfway through the bass parts. so mark and myles need to do their thing and then mix it and we're finished right?

Thanks for the update.

So, Marshall is the last one to record, right? Cause the drum tracks were laid down first, then there was the news about Mark completing the dirty guitar and about to do the clean guitar, now Brian's doing his thing. If the first three at least are done, has Myles finished???
