Obviously, I'm still having a hard time understanding what this guy did that he has to be so repentant for.

p.s. it was a rock concert, not raffi.

What is it exactly everyone is so upset about? because he left the stage wasted concert time? because people could see his socks? I'd like to know exactly what his sin is.

imagine if we held everybody in our life up to the standards we set for scott stapp.

His big mistake is being so frickin selfish, not caring about his band members, or the tens of thousands of fans at the show, and go and get butt drunk, making a fool out of himself, becoming an embarrasment to the name Creed, and also embarrasing every hard core fan in the arena. The show was HORRIBLE because of this. you cannot argue that unless you were there. I mean, fans were sitting down and booing him. People wasted a lot of money for this show, and when they left, people felt like Stapp stole that money and ran because that was not a Creed concert, that was a Creed embarrasment.

I only brought it up again because you asked.

And of course, you're never selfish or an embarrassment to others, I'm sure.

Again, *yawn*.

Anyone else getting tired of this??

Well if I did in the same sense that Stapp did... it would be my BIG mistake. Are you trying to justify it by saying that other people have done it too? We are talking reputation here... Stapp lost it. BIG mistake!

I'm just saying that he made a mistake, as all people do, and we are getting really sick of hearing about it. We can't do anything about it. If you think your complaining will get you somewhere, take it to another board.

Does this come naturally? the mouth always being open?

People are just venting, they have something to say. If you go into a post and see its about the Chicago show, then leave, we dont want to see your mouth open. Save that for someone who cares.
I always try to be nice on here, and I enjoy reading the posts about feelings and thoughts about others at the Chicago show. But your little "get over it" and "yawn" BS is getting old.

His post is more embarrassing then what scott did.

Anyone else getting tired of this??

This is what happens when someone's life is so contingent on what scott stapp does.

well if you were dumb enough to pay $110 bucks for a ticket to a concert that wasn't sold out then I guess you were ripped off

Slam-dunk! Seriously, though. Anytime you go to any live performance you're taking a risk. You don't get your money back for a Broadway show, or a sporting event or even the movies. It's the chance you take.
