New here
I just want to say that I just joined here. The reason I am joining this board is because it is refreshing to see that people here are allowed to discuss their opinions openly and there is no bashing over it. I don't post to often, but I like to read what people are thinking about the band. It seems like hear, people can agree to disagree and respect everyones opinion. Thanks to the people who created such a great board.

Welcome aboard, hockeymom...It sometimes gets a little testy, but Steve (the admin) does a great job of keeping it civilized. It's really the best Creed BB out there, IMHO. Glad to have you!

Thank you
Thank you for the warm welcome. Like I said I don't post often, but I do enjoy reading the posts. I registered over at Creedpit and found it to be downright mean and rude for the most part. I did meet a few nice people there, but for the most part they would jump down your throat for any opinion you posted if they didn't agree with you.
Thanks again for the warm welcome. |

I never joined the Pit, but what I read I wasn't too keen on. Just stumbled into this bb one night and haven't left . Creedpit also has all those pics that people use for signatures and they take forever to load on my computer. All those images make it hard to navigate the board, IMO. It's too visually jarring. This board is much easier on the eyes.

I have to agree with you on that one. They were large pictures too. I have an account on the bandrags bb (which is where I found the link to this site) over there the pictures are small for the signatures. Thats a pretty nice site there too. As for what you have heard about creedpit, it is true. I went there to form my own opinion about it and should have stayed out and not posted. Oh well, sometimes you just need to find out for yourself. I can be a hard head that way. LOL.

Welcome to you, too, jimmy. Yeah, it's mostly the trolls who lurk around here who like to rile people up. There are some cool discussions here. It's a fun place to hang out.

Thank you again for the warm welcome. I was at the Creed concert in Chicago and I was disappointed but I would never bash Creed. Its a long story, but the did save my son's life about a year ago with their music. I gave my perspective at the creedpit and man where they brutal. I never once bashed creed, said anything negative about them. If you want to read the story about how they saved my son, I will try to copy and paste it here or to keep the Chicago conversation down go to creedpit.com, there's a post called infamouse chicago pictures and my post is on pg 7.
Again thank you for the warm welcome everyone, I have a feeling that I will enjoy being here. |
