Yeah, it was wicked hot, Julie...about 90 and kind of humid, but I really wanted to get out and move a little

. I sweat like crazy, but it felt good! I don't blame you for staying out of the 100+ weather. That can be dangerous even if you're healthy. I just took it very slowly so I didn't overheat.

I have my cousin from Ohio visiting and we have been taking water with us when we go for walks cuz of the intense heat here
