Born on a dairy farm in Northern Calif (no, not in the barn) - and have been one of those tree-hugging types for quite awhile. Live in Sacramento now with my sweet, ancient cat and am proud to be 'forty-something'. You would think I was running from the law, if you saw how many different places I have lived. Studied zoology in college and animals/natural history is a passion. Have had varied jobs, mostly working for public/environmental health agencies - did PR for awhle, till I got burned out of having to "nice and perky" all the time. I enjoy working with teens and am currently a high school sub teacher. Involved with community activities around social service needs for teens, animal welfare, peace and interfaith activities. Love to travel! The Galapagos, Madagascar and New Zealand are places I hope to visit. I have a strange sense of humor - ranges from dark to dry. Gary Larson is way cool! No doubt I am a major Creed fan and can't say enough about the positive influence they radiate. (Santana is right up there too.) Alice Hoffman is a favorite writer and my fav. movies are Falling Down, As Good as it Gets and Monty Python's sets. Hobbies are hanging out with good friends, rocking with Creed, walking along the river and watching a sunset with a nice glass of merlot. I still hold on to the ideals that people are basically 'good' - and that peace can prevail.

1. You have awesome taste in movies 2. You are one of the kindest spirits I have met, a true gentle soul with a very big heart 3. I definitely think the board is a better place to be when you're here!

The scary thing is I think most people can realte to him in many areas of that movie. I know sometimes at work I feel that way, actually a lot at work:embarass: Of course not with my patients, just the damn hospital administration and thier "misconceptions" of nursing!
