Chicagos concert

I am a huge fan of Creed, people joke I am a little obsessed. I admit, I am but not in a psycho stalker way. Their music inspires me, and has got me through many hard times. And im not talking about breakups, but real bad times. I have gone to 3 of their concerts and they have all been way beyond any experience and expecation! I brag and tell people its worth whatever you spend on the ticket. This past concert I had to miss because I had plans with my 4 year old daughter to go see a musial. I was sad that I missed it. Then my best friend who had great seats and paid alot of money for it told me about the experience. I AM NOT one to judge, especially since I was not there. I thought to myself wow i am glad i didnt go. I still LOVE Creed, and i never thought id ever say that. Im glad they apologized. Scott is Human. But he shoudnt blame it on cough medicine, and if he was truly sick no matter what it cost he should have cancelled and rescheduled. His fans stand behing him more then alot of other bands. Alot of people pay hundreds to see them Live.
From what I hear he was drunk. It happens. Believe me , I have gotten drunk and made an a** out of myslef, especilaly when I was dealing w/death of young cousins. Fine apolgize but dont say it was a miracle to witness.
In my eyes it wasnt a miracle, it mightve been scott being human...... and just making a bad choice.
I still love them, i think hes amazing and I hope he just learned his lesson and next time he comes to chicago just put on a usual Creed performance..... an AWESOME ONE!

Welcome Tracy! You will find many Creed lovers here! Sorry to hear about your cousins I myself have seen them 4 times in 2002 and they rocked me each time more! The future will hold many good things for them I am sure, they simply just need a break and a long one at that!

I totally missed something. When did he apologize? And what is this about cough medicine?

Scott himself didn't apologize, but his management company did offer a statement on the Chicago show on the Creed web site, I believe. Don't know where the cough medicine allegation came from.

I wasnt at the concert, but according to my friend who was she said he claimed to be sick and thats why he was acting that way. I do not want to start a rumor. Soctt Stapp is my favorite person.
Like i said earlier!
