Dogstar and Jen, be safe on the ride home. I hate driving in the snow, the only thing that's worse is ice. According to the calendar, spring is only 3 weeks away, let's hope this is the end of the snow.

Well I made it home! WHEW!!! It took me over 1 hour to go 30 miles!!
 It is just horrible!!!! there is no F***ing excuse as to why the roads in Virginia have to be soooo bad! They don't plow, it was 3 inches of snow with sleet on top of it, and it is a free for all to drive! I was scared shitless!!!! Hell in PA the last week it snowed 8 inches one night and the next day at 9am I was out shopping without a hitch!!!! I used to love snow, but honestly living in VA for the last 6 years has made me think twice about it! They just can't handle it in the south AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

Just tripped over my cat to look and see is it started yet. It wasn't snowing at 9 but it is now!!

UGH! We got like 2 or 3 inches of snow today
Someone went off the road into someones yard 3 houses down from us to. I'm glad they didn't go off into our yard...the guy that rents our basement already backs into the grass to pull out

Oh, I like snow, Creeder, I just don't like driving in it, at least not in Philadelphia. I'm from New England where they know how to handle big storms. Here in Philly, they barely plow the sidestreets and all. It's a pain in the butt...This storm ended up only dumping an inch or two in my area
 . The drive home was no big deal, just a little slushy.

Glad to here you and Jen got home safely, Dogstar. I'm with you, I kind of like snow but I don't like driving in it. I don't like when it starts to melt some and it gets cold at night so the sidewalks and parking lots get all icy and you have to be careful walking!!
