Relearn Love Parody
ok, i was reading through the lyrics of Relearn Love, and then looked at some sites out on the web, and ive come to the conclusion that i needed to write something to make fun of Relearn Love. so, here it goes
I Need Gloves On a dark and lonely sidewalk I need some cardboard for a bed I have no shirt and I'm half naked... The man I was with creed needs fed Bad weather came and now im freezing My chilly toes now match my hands What I really need is shelter And for my hands, a pair of gloves (chorus) Knit me a sweater, a pull over And a pair of gloves And I'll tell you again… I need a pair of gloves The comfort of creed isnt around me Marks calloused hands, for me, dont shred I lay on cardboard, no longer wealthy That beloved man's not who I am I rode creeds fame and I've been burned All I need's a second chance My job's been given over to Myles And I don't even have, a pair of gloves Give me a hoodie, or blanket And a pair of gloves I'll tell you again… I need a pair of gloves Give me some matches, and vodka And a pair of gloves Ill tell you again... I NEED SOME GLOVES! I was selfish, thought the world loved me Tremonti finally had enough And he set me free My pride meant nothing And I was playing creed songs still My popularity is falling Now I know how the homeless feel Can you still knit? Just remember Oh remember …my pair of gloves! (I need some gloves) (I'll tell you again) (to to make my gloves!) Make me some gloves (or buy me a sweater, damn weather) Buy Me, or Buy me a pair of gloves (Give me some gloves, i'll tell you again) I need them now, now, buy me some liquor (and I need gloves) A sweater, just a sweather And I need me some gloves! ---------------------------------------------- If you have a song called relearn love that you would like to parody, you can post it here...I didnt like this song too much by the way, in case you were wondering...and stapp has been kinda weird lately...bye

Give the guy a break... he wrote the song based on his relationship with Jesus Christ. What with this sudden surge of Stapp bashing here?

Things I hate:
1. Clowns 2. Mimes 3. People who send pictures of their familes as Christmas cards 4. Anti-Creed sentiments 5. Anti-Scott Stapp sentiments 6. Anti-Alter Bridge sentiments 7. People who ask stupid questions I realize you're trying to be funny, but personally, I don't like it. No offense. H-D

Well I think it was pretty funny. (In one of those sad, retarded ways) But it gave me quite a laugh, well done lol

That was a really stupid thing to do. A year ago it wouldn't have been allowed on this message board.
I clicked on it because I thought someone would have the courtesy to mention how disresepectful this was....worthy of another place maybe, but here? That's sad.

Meh, it wasn't that funny. But I've come to expect anti-Stapp statements. One of the anti-Stapp people on another forum I visit(who happens to be a huge AB fan) rewrote Relearn Love to account for Stapp's singing "accent". That actually made me laugh.

Some parody's are worth reading...some may even be somewhat entertaining...the only thing i can say about this is, though it was a creative endeavour by it's author....it most definitely was out of line.
