Create the 2010 tour setlist
Lets have a little fun here.
Here's the setlist from the Houston concert, 17 songs long. Bullets Overcome My Own Prison Say I Never Die Torn A Thousand Faces What If Unforgiven Are You Ready? What's This Life For Faceless Man With Arms Wide Open My Sacrifice Encore: One One Last Breath Higher I don't think the big hits will ever be removed from the setlist. I would love to see some old gems return to the setlist, such as Who's Got My Back, but I highly doubt any of them will return. Here's my setlist. Overcome Ode Bread Of Shame What If My Own Prison Unforgiven Away In Silence Whats This Life For Torn A Thousand Faces Fear Say I Full Circle Faceless Man One Time Encore: Bullets Rain My Sacrifice Higher I've got 20 songs, which I think is rather decent considering Stapp said near the beginning of the 2009 tour they were planning to have 23 on the setlist 8 songs from Full Circle is reasonable I think. How would you change it? |

Re: Create the 2010 tour setlist
I doubt they'll go up to 20 but I added one making it 18...
Bread of Shame Torn Fear My Own Prison What If Away In Silence Unforgiven A Thousand Faces What's This Life For Faceless Man With Arms Wide Open Full Circle One My Sacrifice Encore: Ode Time One Last Breath Higher Of course they should mix up the sets more including newer songs like Suddenly, On My Sleeve, The Song You Sing, etc. & then maybe bring back some oldies like Pity For A Dime, Illusion, Beautiful, Freedom Fighter, Hide, etc. It all depends on Stapp's health really, hopefully he's well rested...staying away from the smokes & getting his allergies under control. Re: Create the 2010 tour setlist
I'd like to see them do at least one song that is different every night. Pity for a dime, In America, Illusion, Sister, Bound And Tied, Beautiful, Wrong Way, Wash Away Those Years, Inside Us All, Freedom Fighter, Signs, Stand Here With Me, Young Grow Old, Weathered, WGMB, Hide, among all the many others. It would just be cool if they changed the set up every night. I know most bands don't do this because they would have to rehears and some bands just are not willing or confident enough to do this. Pearl Jam and Metallica do this to name a few.
They have to play On My Sleeve, Fear, Suddenly, Silent Teacher, and Good Fight. I am sure we will probably hear Time, Away in Silence, and maybe The Song You Sing. "Fight the good fight.....Fight!!.....What you know is wrong" The set list is good they way they have been playing it. They just need to add in a couple different tracks to add some fresh, new flavor. Definitely keep Faceless Man and the Encore the same: Rain, One Last Breath, My Sacrifice, Higher. Dream Theater is the best example of changing the set-list every show... and if they can do it ANYONE can.

I for one am afraid to hear a lot of the new record live if Stapp hasn't gotten over his issues... On My Sleeve, Time, Away In Silence, Good Fight, so many songs that require his voice to be AWESOME.

Re: Create the 2010 tour setlist
you're definitely right...the way is voice is now on my sleeve will be impossible...im guessing that when they away in silence he wont go high he will probably just sing it in a long tone...but hopefully he gets his voice in tip top shape for this tour so he can sing all the new stuff perfectly...but its definitely not gunna happen i think...but we'll just have to wait and see.

^^ All artists use pitch correction. It's the standard in today's world.
