I got into Creed in the Fall of '99 when What If came out on rock radio, I remember hearing Higher on pop radio months later and not realizing it was the same band!

I was really happy to discover My Own Prison because it moody and heavy and unlike anything else. I was really disappointed when Weathered came out as it primarily popish and in a completely different direction from MOP. When Creed ended I thought Tremonti would go back to that direction as he is constantly implying that he really wants to do metal, but that has yet to happen. I've never understood it.
