That's the only true was to permanently help this country. There government is so corrupt and weak it couldn't even help it's own people.

I agree. That country was messed up long before the quake. It's nice to see he is focusing on the things in life that matter instead of drinking and pills. Maybe the quake can be a long term blessing in disguise for the people.
