I agree with Stapp when he says this "

"to develop a plan to help this country come out of the situation it was in before the earthquake."

That's the only true was to permanently help this country. There government is so corrupt and weak it couldn't even help it's own people.

Good job Stapp, makes me proud to be a fan. I think this makes up for a lot of his douchebaggery moves in the past.
