Wind up has 3 popular bands and the rest more or less flop. They also put out soundtracks that NOBODY buys. The reason Evanessence hasn't put out their new album is that Wind Up doesnt have the money.

The thing is that all of wind up's bands tend to release albums in the same year and tend to take 3-4 years between them. So there is one year where they get alll this money coming in but more or less nothing else for the next 3 years. And now with Seether, Evanessence, Creed's last albums all doing sub par they don't have as much money to press and promote new albums.
