I think her problem is she doesn't know how to take pictures from paper and transfer them to computer. If you have negatives, you can go to any photo booth and they should be able to create a CD of the pictures for you. Else, you need a scanner to scan the photos to your computer. You can go to Kinkos to do this if needed, or find someone with a scanner!
