Yeah, meaning that if each disgruntled Chicago fan filed their own lawsuit, there would be many different versions of what happened that night. Really pissed off people would make it sound like the end of the world. That's why they say it should be handled as a class action.

Bull! They're basically saying that if these people don't go ahead and sue, Creed will just continue putting on crappy drunken concerts, and make stacks of money from them in the process. Has everyone forgotten the mind blowing, amazing concert on New Years Eve????
