Its a tribute band katz. There's hundreds across the land. Kiss tribute bands, the Doors, people like that. In fact in a Kiss tribute band, the guy playing Ace's place in the band, has actually subbed in FOR Ace before. (see Guitar World's latest issue with Kurt Cobain on the front).
Its not sad though, immitation is the sincerist form of flattery.
