Do you mean I like Stapp's performance better? Or that I prefer Stapp to AB? Because if you meant the second one, you're wrong.
I'm an equal fan of both AB and Stapp. However, I have spent a fair amount of time defending Scott lately, basically because I feel he is, at times, being unfairly bashed. You oughta know I'd do the same for AB if that were occurring in the AB forum.
And it is "must". I know those lyrics by heart.
As for Scott not being able to hit the notes live anymore, well, I prefer not to judge that until I see him live in concert. Has his voice deteriorated? Of course! But I'd like to hope that it hasn't deteriorated as horribly as some people think. We'll see.
And I'm still not impressed with the music from that performance. It was way too fast for me and it made it feel so sloppy. I'm glad that Stapp's wasn't so sped up, even if a few notes were missed.
