As far as pop music goes yea shes probably good thats why shes successfull, from a Rock perspective no she sucks. you know people dont make money for no reason, if they did yould probably be a celebrity or a billionare too by now which I doubt it. Thats what pop music is about, cheesy music, good looks and a whole lot of publicity, within those specs hillary duff is qualified and doing a good job at it.
