If he is taking Predisone (sp?) than that will explain why his face looks bloated. My ex wife had to take that for a while and the same thing happened to her. It's a type of steriod. Her face was swollen for about 1-2 months after she stopped taking it. His body looks the same so I would agree that it must be the meds. The hair doesn't have anything to do with the appearence IMO. His face is definetely bloated. I don't think they would give that to him for his back, but for his throat. Just an opinion from experience with the medication....It will go away, if it hasn't already.
