Well, I have a lot of favorites, LOL...Some of the top ones:

Eddie Vedder, Jerry Cantrell, Kurt Cobain...

Vedder's storytelling is amazing. When I listen to PJ, the songs always create images in my mind. I can picture the people he's singing about. Great scene setter as well.

Cantrell is just raw, on-your-sleeve emotion but in a non-linear way. Some of his songs have brought me to tears.

Cobain just had a way to draw me in with some of the images he created. Some of them were so out there, too. Wild stuff.

With all of these guys, it was more than the words. There is something in each of their voices that has the ability to make me feel and relate in some way. It's just honest music.
