Looking back I feel betrayed
I'm a victim of my own emotion
Growing ever impatient and ever afraid
Of this moment as I lay without motion

I saw my life pass before my very eyes
Just then I came to realize
That my life and everything that I held dear
Meant nothing until this very moment

And the way they seemed to
Dance upon the sun set

I said I always knew I would die in Your arms of grace
