Yeah people outside the U.S. are having trouble getting it. I'm sure there will be a way to get it soon. Hopefully.

You can buy a US iTunes gift certificate on ebay, then you login on iTunes USA under a different user name and spend the certificate on Rise Today.

I just managed to download Rise Today through the swedish iTunes music store yesterday, so at least the US and European fans can enjoy this baby now!
