I want to challenge you Creed-people to say what's the best Creed-song yet... Give a reason for it! B)
OMG! Your are asking a very hard question. They are all great to me!! I'm curious to hear what everybody else says!!
I'll have to go with Inside Us All. I juts love that song!
I'm with you, Kris, that's a tough question. I'll have to think about it.
I know its a really difficult question that's why I asked it! hehe.... The first Creed-song I heard was Higher and that made me a Creed-fan, so I think that's the most special song....for me!
You said it, Bobben. Even after all the times I've heard it on the radio (not so much anymore) and on my CD, it's still an awesome song... very refreshing lyrics AND music. Just amazing. Plus, it's the song that pretty much made Creed a household name.
oh, well, i think, the most important Creed song to me is, WAWO, because with this song i heard Creed for first time! ;)
i wonder between WAWO and Inside us all
Sorry heard them all, have them all......no way to choose they are all GREAT :D
u only got to choose the greatest among all those great songs :))
Mine would be Higher, it too is the first song that drew me to Creed. The next one would be OLB. It didn't dawn on me until last week-end though...My daughter and I were driving in the car and it was playing and I remembered...My first Creed concert (Feb 2002) I wasn't into them like I am now, and when they played OLB, Anna and I turned to each other and said: "We have to find that song and download it" We called it the "six feet from the edge" song....So that is a really special song for me, it reminds me of my daughter every time I heard it!! I thank her ALL THE TIME for bringing me into the here and now of rock n roll music!! :D
man thats a hard ? to ask. i love so many of them
Higher was the first Creed song I heard as well. Ever since then, it's been a special song to me and I love it's empowering message - "Up high I'm strong enough to take these dreams and make them mine"!! I LOVE Mark's guitar playing on the song too.
This is such a tough question... I'll say all of them just because. :P
My Own Prison....
Without it, none of your other songs would have ever been heard. |
most of their songs do that to me
Creed has so many great songs :) But my all time fave is Don't Stop Dancing :D
nice
Today it's MOP and What's This Life for.
It's great to be talking about Creed music today I heard them on the radio for the first time in forever was Higher being played |
yeah i havent heard them on the radio for a while
Inside us all
theres just somethen about that song, it was my favorite song 2 years ago and still is now, Say I has a semi close 2nd |
those are some good songs
To Whom It May Concern is my favourite Creed song, its a very different song to what they normally write. Scott's vocals have never been better, great guitar work and Scott has so much passion here and great lyrics.
yes i totally agree. awesome song.
actually a lot of Creed's best songs are b-sides and non-album tracks. Songs such as Is this the end?, Bound and Tied, Young Grow Old and if we can count Brother of Mine are right up there with the stuff everyone knows such as Higher and One Last Breath.
Bound and Tied is so cool. I love that song!
My favorite Creed song is Faceless Man! I just get chills every time I listen to it. But you know what I absolutely love all their songs :)
i love almost everything they have done songs such as lullaby and ode don't really do much for me though. bound and tied is great fly fly fly!
"Don't Stop Dancing" is my favorite. When I feel beat up by life. I listen to it and I feel better. Then I throw in "Are You Ready?". It gives me the kick in the a** that I need.
all their songs are great
Today its
Wash away those Tears. |
My Own Prison.... it's one of the greatest songs I've ever heard in my life. Still gives me the chills sometimes when I listen to it.
This is a little tough. Right now my favorite would be "Weathered".
yeah it is hard
very hard:)

it may be just a typo, calm down :)
*ahemm..it's a typo....right..???* |
Meh. Tough choice.
Their best song, overall, in my opinion is Pity for a Dime. Lyrically excellent, great overall melody, badass solo, moving bridge. The most successful of the songs? Easily between WAWO and Higher. We'll go with Higher, because it's just more badass -- better lyrics, got them on the map, helluva better video, so on. The Greatest? Hmph. So arbitrary. Assuming Greatness equates to a song that everyone can love, and it rocks, and it's masterful in all forms -- lyrically, musically, etc... Hmph. I'm going to have to say Unforgiven. Lyrically, one of their best songs, if not the best. Musically, it has great drive, and I really enjoyed the speed, tempo, and the main lick. Close tie: Torn, Is This The End, Bullets, WTLF, What If, Beautiful, Say I, Weathered. |
