I saw it live last night. This is the second time someone has played Creed on the show, the first being Chris Daughtry who did "What If".

To me, it was an okay karaoke version of the song. She didn't butcher the song. But she was just singing it. Not feeling it. Im not going to compare her to Stapp because he has had years of experience and is greatly more talented.

What is amazing to me is how they managed to to make an already soft song even softer. But the band and performances suite the show. Since it is basically "Karaoke the TV show" and nothing more.

I have the "What If" performance by Daughtry (my other fav band) downloaded. He was much closer than she was, but of course it's not Stapp, just like Stapp would probably sound funny singing Home. lol

I personally don´t like her version of With Arms Wide Open, I noticed she even changed some words in the song. I agree with nagpo, that song itself is soft enough and it doesn´t need to be sung that way because due to that it´s protracted for nothing.

Is That Show Still On The Air I 100 percent Agree Nagpo All its foucused on is the industry who ever makes it from idol i wish,em the best i dont whatch the show ya,alls so i was unaware of it Dk thanks for posting how ever i did whatch chris perform what if it was killer version of his own style it dont sound karokee to me nagpo respect your opinon noting wrong wit a good hoest opinon

I don't think Nagpo was saying Chris sounded like karoke. The WAWO version sounded like karoke;)

No He Said A Karoke Tv Show And Nothing More rather he said chris performance was he never stated that he however did state THE WAWO version was And the show Itself so im not quoting him but i doubled checked what he stated in his post so lets take our time and carefully read our posts so everybody can understand each others posting :roll: i could be wrong feel free to tell me but if you will take your time and read what he said a good chance ya,alls im right furthermore i like karkoke myself :) jim C. cable guy :) inspired me to love it the best karkoke version of jefferson airplane i have seen to this day think about that for a while :hypno: bruce almighty wants you too

IMO, I thought both peformances were awful.

I think Creed on these shows are a bad thing, the haters don't need more reasons to hate.
