I don't think it was released, at least that is what it says about the videos on that site. I wish they would release it.

Some info from the site:

The Creed Documentary was filmed over a 4 to 5 year period which began during the recording of My Own Prison. In the process, an extensive library of audio and video footage was created which would eventually become part of the Creed Documentary. Creed has sold over 25 million records in the U.S., making them one of the top selling artists ever.

With the break-up of the band in 2004, the documentary project was basically shelved. No final decision has been made by the band's record label whether or not to ever release this material in DVD format.

Please do not request additional footage as none will be provided.

Windup probably saw all the postings about this on the message boards and contacted the guy to remove it... since the song was not ever released... who knows?
