Alter Bridge in new promo

I noticed that, on A&E's promo's for the new season of "Intervention", they are using the song "Broken Wings" as the background music. It seems that Universal is really pushing forward on the promotion of their new artists.

I don't think it's Universal's merit though. Wind-Up still own the rights over the ODR songs.

I thought Alter Bridge bought ALL the rights to ALL their songs? Even those off ODR and unreleased?

Wind-Up has the rights to all the songs featured on One Day Remains and Save Me. AB owns the rights for the unreleased tracks: Solace, Breathe and Cruel Son.
