its not fraud, i get stuff like this every now and then. i let my mother borrow one of my credit cards and she drove up $5,000 in charges. the stupid bitch refuses to pay it off and since that is the ONLY card i have problems with they CC company gives my info out to credit counseling companys, credit insurance companies, other credit dealing people and they take out a credit report and charge it to my card just to make sure i know how bad this is affecting me.
AOL does this with Privacy Plus, and ALL credit card banks do this with other companies. If you dont have relatively good credit you get these alot. When you check your mail and see a big package labeled "credit report" or something of that maner it means that some institution filled that out in your name. Its legal and if the worse off your credit is, the more you will get. deal with it
