That's pretty much what I was going to post. I've always interpretted the chorus as talking about the band being united, not divided like Creed was at times. The guys are all, apparently, very happy, very content with AB.

looks like someone was trying to get in his daily dose of US-bashing where he saw the slightest possible way to do so (tho the pvs comment made no distinction of US, Iraq, etc.)
