Forty, male, white and middle class
In my lifetime trials I will pass Worship at the altar of ease And pleasure oh what a beautiful young lover is she Can't stand the clanging silence My thoughts drive me to these pills Yellow for up and Orange for down Live under the sun But now I look back Oh the past was so much better The only figures higher than my account Are the regrets and these calories I am like grass Which tomorrow is gone If I'm lucky they'll remember my name Worked these frail hands to the bone Half for my hopeless son to score a cone And the remainder for the genes he has never seen Wish I knew at birth that death is greater That the end is better than the beginning Because of all these passions and vapour No laughter.....only sorrow |
 Wish i knew at birth that death is Greater, it was cool, i know it was kinda serisous, but it hit me funny,

glad its funny although it wasen't really meant to be. if you dig it, it doesn't bother me why.

:) I Know It, Was,ent It Just Hit Me Funny, A Lot Of Stuff Does, I That Normal Folk Would Not Find Funny, But Oh Well, I Liked It :)

nice writing, aussie...there are some sections in there that i find humourous as well, and others that take on a serious tone...but then isn't that what living life is?....a mixture of both humourous and serious..as well as good and bad...and in the end...all balancing out if we've done it right?...again, liked it... :)
