Guess Myles isn't gonna play guitar? It's cool that they'll get that national exposure, but with that in mind I'd rather see the band as they really are...nothing against Eric.

Erock doesn't mean for the tonight show... He's talking about the alter bridge show at the house of blues in Hollywood.. Leno was recorded early in the day.

Just watched the tonight show, have to say they sounded great. Except Flip, I'm sure DK will comment :) j/k DK. To bad i didn't have surround sound, funny though watching this brought back that high from seeing them afew weeks ago.. i hope that feeling never goes away.

It actually sounded good except for Myles. His voice seems to be falling apart. I do not see how he will make it through the year touring with AB and Slash.

My 2 cents...

1. They started out great tempo wise... but of course Flip sped up from the speed metal break down on. (that was expected)

2. Myles needs rest. I felt sorry for him... he basically talked through most of the song.

3. No matter how bad or good you thought it was... you have to admit that this was great exposure / promotion for AB III, Isolation & Live From Amsterdam! Hopefully this will push them to #1

Anyway I'll post a download link soon... my buddy Alex was able to record it.

I thought Myles sounded fine. This was taped early in the day so who knows maybe he didnt have time for all his vocal warmups and such. He also coulda been saving his voice for the gig that night, so maybe didnt do any excercizes.

Even with all that he seemed fine. He does the "talking" thing a lot live.

The DVD/BD release is for the deluxe version...finally.

Is it possible Myles was doing the talk/sing thing for consistency with the live shows? I was kind of surprised he would do that for TV. It's too bad he has such vocal trouble, he has such a nice voice and seems like a nice person and you have douches out there screaming like manics that have no problems. It seems to be affecting their song choices for live sets and I wonder if it's affecting their songwriting.

I didn't think the tempo was that bad, maybe I'm just getting used to it.

home sweet home, :hypno: these are one of the many reasons, why i hate late night comedy tv , the only band who could ever make it happen perfecty is AREOSMITH, i dont know why, but they have always been gifted in that area, to make it work, and i will say THE ONLY BAND To Make It Happen, That Of Course Unless Its Via Satalite , i dont think his vocals are falling apart by any means, however all through AB 3, His vocal power is restrained, its like An INSTURMEANT, when used, however i never saw or heared the show, to give my overall opinon, Live Music And The Feed Back From The Crowd Plays A Major Roll On How The Performer Performs, If You Have A Dead Crowd, Chances Are, You Wont Feel Like Giving Your Best, As Most Of Us Know, YES IM OPTIMISTC, But I Feel HE IS A OTAY, From A Vocal Prespective, They Will Have A KILLER TOUR, I feel............:rockon: Of Course There Is Always The Worries which natrually come, since birth need not get those confused with, so i believe they can pull it, if all else fails, i,ll present the chair, .................................. ROCK ON...everything else will come.... just takey our time and stay grounded and focused as we go, i have faith in the boys, they will have a killer tour, or try to anyway, things do take time, to resolve, as fast as we really want it to go, its really mind over matter in these days, avoid being happy to be happy, Are God Is Not The GOD OF FALSE PROMISES,

yes after you hit submit, if you made what call the A*^*^ss of myself post, your stuck with it, i know those modes, well folks, i will say good posting ya,alls all the killer gutiars, hes gave away this year very brilliant and capatavating art structured PMS gutiars, it proabley is a morley sticker, i found an old pic of mark going through my yearly organazing, and he was so young, wearing a gone blind shirt, i,ve always, admire marks, taste in gutiars pretty creative, he had to stay away from everything that has been done before, and that shows talent he done it well, i cant play a lick a few chords, but when you hold one you hold faith ya know its there you just cant see it, and when played hearing it, ...........:rockon:
