-I think Stapp needs to grow the locks back..He looks too much like that flamer rob thomas from matchbox 20..It was cool for a while but I prefer the classic rock look of Aerosmith and the doors..Even flip looks rockstar-

Dude lets be serious, he did it because it was something personal to him. I don't see him growing it back because of what it meant to him. I think he looks awesome with the buzz cut. It's a new look for him and new Creed look for 2009, but I see where your coming from.

He looks fine to me either way. I do prefer hair over no hair though.
Scott Stapp is the only man in history to pull that look off THAT good.

he needs the hair back big time... Its just got that old fashioned rock on look that fits him, when he is bald it makes him look heavy... no hair no voice... lots of hair ... great voice..

I prefer the hair.

He felt that by cutting his hair he would be viewed as a different changed person, by keeping his hair long he was being refered to the Scott Stapp that made sex tapes, got drunk, started fights etc. So if the hair has to go, i'm fine with it.

I actually like the buzz cut on Stapp. He was starting to look pretty dated with the long hair.

On a side note, I doubt very much that Rob Thomas is a "flamer" as he has a hot wife, and he's a pretty damn good musician.

The shaved look is the key to keeping the negative light off of Scott...at first I thought he was nuts but now I'm actually glad he shaved his head, it makes sense. One thing I think he should do more is head bang live because he's sort of lost that with the hair... who knows maybe in the next few years he could have a change of heart & grow it back.
