I'll Risk Sounding Like a Panzy
I just watched the "In Loving Memory" performance on the Amsterdam DVD.
It's official that i have for the first time been brought to tears simply by the way someone played a guitar. The way Mark played that intro pretty much just crushed my heart. The amount of emotion and gentleness he put into the playing of that intro in that performance was utterly stunning. Talk about an emotional performance. When i finally got the crying under control it got to the part where he looks up from playing while the audience is singing the song and he's clearly crying and i just started all over again. Had to share it, even if it makes me less of a man, don't care. I love this band. I hope they get all the success they deserve. I will spend money on anything that has Mark's stamp on it. I don't think i respect a songwriter on this earth more than him. |

I think one these days I'm gonna cave in and buy the standard edition.
I couldn't help but think that delaying the deluxe edition and releasing the standard edition was just a marketing technique to sell copies of the standard and increase interest in the deluxe edition. But now the future for the deluxe edition seems uncertain. Shame the standard is £20 on Amazon.co.uk D: |

Don't fret buddy, we all have had moments like that. We all love AB.
Thanks for sharing. |

It's okay to be a little emotional. I shed a tear a couple nights ago to Blue Oyster Cults "I love the night."
