Scott Stapp vs Alter Bridge
They've both performed on the Tonight Show. Wich of the two was better overall?
I'm going with Alter Bridge because of overall talent and stage presence. It's difficult to ignore Marks guitar and the vocal range of Myles. I like the Great Devide, but his over-performance made me uncomfortable. His voice was okay and he hesitated on a lyric. I can't think of anything remarkable about the band. So no excuses for either performance, who truly ROCKED? :jam: |
I haven't seen Stapp's preformance yet, but I know I'm gonna say Alter Bridge anyway...

Alright, I just saw Stapp on Leno, and it was REALLY good! Way better than I had expected! But I have to agree, the whole thing REALLY reminded me a whole lot of Creed!
|
I personally could care less!

Hahahah, okay, if we compare Creed to Switchfoot? :D

alter bridge...hands down...scott could not come close...

It's been a long, long time since I last watched AB's performance on Leno. If I remember correctly, Myles sounded a tiny bit off(I think he had a cold?!?) but Mark sounded good with his guitar. Stapp was much more energetic and interactive with the band than Myles was, I think. However, before I make a call on this, I'd like to re-watch AB's Leno performance.

No, Myles did a great job on the Leno show!!! Especially in the end of the song!

Based on what I'm remembering, he hit the high note at the end, but was kinda shaky before that. Again, I have not watched the clip in AGES, so I'm just going based off memory. When I have more time later, I'll prolly watch it again and then post what I think. |

this thread is bull shit....pardon me but in my opinion this kind of disscussion is completely hindering. And disrespectful to what both, Alterbridge and Scott Stapp are trying to do.
