I equated Chesterfield w/ Valley b/c, back in West St. Louis County, there's a suburb called Chesterfield, of which there is a flood plain for the Missouri River. Since the Great Flood of '93, they've built up flood walls, so that hella businesses could move in there w/o getting damaged by flooding. This location is known as Chesterfield Valley.
