Hey just wanted see if any radio stations did a top rock songs of 2009 in your area. The Rock station in Houston 94.5 The Buzz did a top 94 songs fo 2009 and Overcome was #17!!. Houston is a huge radio market being the 4th largest city in the United States, so I would say thats pretty damn good. Based on number of spins, here is the whole list:

:rockon: im not going cry because overcome is not number 1 which it should be but out of nearly 100 rockers the above the top 20 spot aint so bad, thanks for posting those

Creed did pretty good to be in the Top 20, I agree. I know a few of the songs, I see kings of leon are on there. I thought they would be #1, with all the airplay their song Use Somebody got. Never heard of the first song on the list. lol

It's kinda sad to see Trapt, Kings of Leon, Nickelback, Paramore and Linkin Park ahead of Creed. But hey, top twenty coming back from a seven year breakup? Pretty good. But if you look at it in a different light, If Creed had never broken up and they were getting this kind of success, it would be deemed a failure by many people.

this is my local rock radio station list. A lot of what they play is Crap but as you can see the request and airplay for Overcome was HUGE down here seeing that The song came out in September and was #17 of all of 2009.
